Canteen Catering Inspection
On the afternoon of 21st April, the inspection team of Anhui Provincial Market Supervision Administration, accompanied by the leaders of the Municipal Administration and Municipal Education and Sports Bureau, arrived at Anqing Foreign Language School in the rain to check the dining conditions of the canteen. Anqing Foreign Language School's Vice Principal Liu Bing, Vice Principal Yan Hongping and Principal Assistant Lao Guolin accompanied the inspection team.
To be specific, in the cafeteria of the Senior High Department, the checking group initially scrutinized the operating permits, employee health certificates and monitoring facilities for bright cooking stoves. Secondly, the experts checked the setting temperature of the refrigerator, the disinfection cabinet, the sample refrigerator, and asked the staff about the basic knowledge of school catering; Thirdly, the classification setting of the washing basin was checked. Fourthly, the inspection team examined the purchase and production date of meal materials in stock in the warehouse as well as the cleanliness of the gutters in the canteen; Furthermore, the experts carefully examined the log sheet of each part in the canteen, including staff health ledger, disinfection records, ticket request record, sample record, self-check forms and so on.
After the inspection, the members of the inspection team gave affirmation to the canteen catering work of Anqing Foreign Language School, and believed that on the whole, the canteen was clean and tidy, items were placed in an orderly manner, tableware was cleaned and all kinds of documents were recorded completely. Of course, the experts also put forward some problems. For instance, the processing equipment labeling was not complete. Anqing Foreign Language School's Vice Principal Yan Hongping expressed that corresponding measures must be carried out in accordance with the requirements as soon as possible. More noticeably, all staff would continuously improve the quality of service in the future work to serve the teachers and students.
